Veteran-Led Colonelz SharpShooterz Featured in Forcenet Magazine for Pioneering Role in India's Defence Infrastructure Sector

Chandigarh, India, July 2026 — Colonelz SharpShooterz, a veteran-led sports infrastructure and defence equipment supply company, has been featured in the July 2026 issue of Forcenet, a magazine covering military veterans in the corporate sector. The feature highlights the company's decade-long journey from a shooting range setup to a key vendor for India's armed forces and private defence manufacturers.

Founded in 2014 by Lt Col Jasdeep Singh Nagpal, the company began as a shooting range provider and expanded in 2017 into full-scale sports and defence infrastructure. Today, it is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, and has set up shooting ranges for the Indian Army, Air Force, Navy, and paramilitary units across the country, in addition to schools, colleges, and private institutions.

Among its notable projects, Colonelz SharpShooterz secured a tender for a combat shooting range for the National Security Guard (NSG) in Delhi, outbidding the country's leading vendor in the process. The company also executed a barrel testing shooting range for Adani Defence's Small Arms factory near Gwalior, built using Israeli technology in coordination with Israel Weapon Industries (IWI).

The company is registered on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and holds MSME/Udyam certification, positioning it to compete for government tenders while supporting India's Make in India push in defence manufacturing. "Our approach has been to focus on quality, understand the procurement process from a veteran's perspective, and provide fair, honest guidance to institutions and the armed forces alike."

The feature comes as India's defence sector sees record growth, with domestic defence spending reported at Rs 7.8 lakh crore and a national target of Rs 50,000 crore in defence exports by FY29.
