Bangalore, 09.04.2025: International Workplace Group, the world's largest hybrid workspace platform with brands including Spaces and Regus, opened a state-of-the-art flexible workspace in Bangalore, Karnataka. With the long-term shift to more flexible ways of working, IWG is expanding its network to keep pace with rising demand for flexible workspaces across regions. The addition of International Workplace Group’s latest location in Bangalore comes on the heels of the business posting its highest-ever revenue, cashflow and earnings growth in its history and achieving rapid network growth, signing 899 new centres to its network in 2024 and opening 624 new workspaces.
The launch of the Regus office in Bangalore marks yet another significant milestone for IWG as it reaffirms its commitment to empowering businesses and individuals with innovative workspace solutions tailored to the demands of the modern workforce. Situated on Global Tech Park, O Shaughnessy Road, Langford Town, Langford Gardens, this new location is part of a drive by International Workplace Group to meet the sharply rising demand for top class flexible working space in the area.
The first floor of the building will provide space for established firms and start-ups across including IT&ITES, telecom, pharma, biotech, textiles, agritech, logistics and others. The new Regus location will include facilities including private offices, meeting rooms, co-working and creative spaces.
