Mumbai, India, January 25th, 2024: Spiritual leader Gauranga Das Prabhu Ji, Director of ISKCON's Govardhan Ecovillage, reiterates the historic event of the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, which was consecrated on Monday under the supreme guidance, blessings, and vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The event also saw RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat and several other dignitaries, actors, and spiritual leaders in attendance. The historic judgment by the Supreme Court on January 1, 1993, recognizing Lord Ram as a constitutional entity, paved the way for the eventual resurrection of the Ram Mandir. The 'Pran Pratishta' ceremony marks a significant step towards a new dawn of spiritual awakening and enlightenment in India, providing Lord Ram's devotees access to worship Lord Ram at his birthplace, Ayodhya, with conviction and renewed spirituality.

ISKCON was founded under the leadership of the late Swami Prabhupada, who laid the foundation of the 'Hare Krishna movement'. As the historic moment of the Grand Inauguration of Ram Mandir Ayodhya' unfolded for the world to witness, the ISKCON Foundation formed the 'Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust' for Prasad Distribution Seva, along with the book distribution, Ram Katha, sankirtan and free medical camps for pilgrims and sadhus visiting the temple, from 20th January to 26th February 2024, at the Ram Mandir.
