Recently Dr. Sandeep Marwah met Simeon Hugo Ferreira Gonzalez Rector, UTIC University ? Universidad Tecnologica Intercontinental, Paraguay at World Leadership Conference at Busan South Korea and both the Institutions from India and Paraguay have signed MOU to support each other in education.

Very soon we shall be opening a committee on Paraguay under Indo Paraguay Film And Cultural Forum to develop and promote art and culture of both the countries added Marwah.
