Mobilise Robotics Accelerates India's Journey Towards an AI-Powered Future of Autonomous Service and Facility Operations

Faridabad, Haryana, India, September 2026: The conversation about artificial intelligence and automation in Indian industry has, until recently, been largely theoretical. Enterprises across sectors have understood the potential: reduced dependence on manual labour for repetitive tasks, consistent service standards around the clock, and operational efficiency that does not require proportional increases in headcount.

Mobilise Robotics, the service robotics vertical of Mobilise App Lab Limited and India's authorised partner of KEENON Robotics, has announced its expanded portfolio of autonomous indoor service robots as a direct, deployable path to AI-powered operations for Indian enterprises, across hospitality, healthcare, food and beverage, retail, corporate facilities, warehousing, and manufacturing.

The Technology: What AI Actually Does in These Robots

At the core of every KEENON robot is proprietary SLAM technology, Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping. SLAM enables a robot to navigate autonomously indoors without GPS, which does not function reliably within buildings. Using LiDAR, cameras, and depth sensors, the robot builds a real-time map of its environment while simultaneously tracking its own position within that map. Navigation, obstacle avoidance, route planning, and task execution all depend on this foundational capability.

The more advanced form is VSLAM, Vision-based SLAM, which navigates without any physical infrastructure: no ceiling markers, no floor stickers, no QR codes, and no magnetic tape. VSLAM is present in the KEENON T9 Pro, T10, T11, and S300. For the S300 heavy-load robot, VSLAM reduces deployment from an industry-standard three to six months to a single day.

KEENON's patented multi-robot dispatching algorithms coordinate multiple units operating simultaneously in the same venue, assigning tasks, managing routes, preventing conflicts, and optimising delivery sequencing across all active units in real time, without human intervention.

35,000 Robots. 60 Countries. 210 Million Interactions.

More than 35,000 KEENON robots are in active daily commercial operation across 60+ countries and 600+ cities, from boutique hotels and hospital networks to large manufacturing facilities. Over 210 million service interactions have been completed globally. This is not a proof-of-concept. The technology has been validated at commercial scale, across real-world conditions: unpredictable human movement, changing layouts, varying floor surfaces, and 24x7 operations. KEENON's investors include SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Alibaba, CICC Alpha, and Prosperity7 Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Saudi Aramco.

India's Automation Context: Why Now

Labour costs for frontline service roles are rising consistently across India. Availability of reliable, trained staff for high-repetition tasks including F&B delivery, facility cleaning, hospital transport, and reception is not improving at the rate enterprise demand requires. Guest and patient expectations are rising in parallel, shaped by robotic service experiences in Singapore, Dubai, and Tokyo. The deployment barrier is falling. A robot that previously required months of infrastructure modification now deploys in one to three days, with no floor modifications required.

From Site Survey to Operations

Every deployment begins with a site survey covering floor area, passage widths, surface types, and elevator systems. Floor mapping and calibration are completed by the Mobilise Robotics technical team. Staff training covers day-to-day interaction with deployed robots and effective co-operation between human staff and autonomous systems. The KEENON IoT management platform provides a real-time dashboard of all deployed robots covering task status, battery levels, route history, cleaning coverage maps, and performance reporting. Local spare parts inventory enables rapid hardware response after deployment.

A Practical Decision Available Today

Mobilise Robotics is not positioning service robotics as a future aspiration. It is a current, deployable operational decision that Indian enterprises across sectors can make today, with specific robots for specific use cases, backed by technology proven at global scale and supported by a local team.

Each deployment creates an evidence base for the next decision. Each operation that runs autonomously is a task that no longer depends on the availability, consistency, or cost of manual staffing. Each digital record generated is one less paper checklist and one more reliable compliance document.

India's journey towards AI-powered service and facility operations is a series of specific operational decisions being made by enterprises right now. Mobilise Robotics provides the technology, the deployment capability, and the post-deployment support to make those decisions practical, measurable, and successful.
