Spiti Developers has launched Spiti Homes, a new residential plotted township in Sector 99A, positioned along the Dwarka Expressway corridor in Gurugram. Built across 12.14 acres, the township falls under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY), a Haryana government scheme designed to enable planned, affordable plotted colonies with adequate civic infrastructure. SGT University is around twelve minutes away, AIIMS Jhajjar close to fourteen, and the airport itself around twenty minutes via the expressway.

Spiti Homes carries HRERA registration number GGM/795/527/2024/22. For most buyers in the NCR market today, RERA registration is close to a baseline requirement before committing to a purchase, given the accountability it brings around project timelines, specifications, and fund utilisation.
