FADA Appoints Mr. Sachin Vasantrao Mahajan as FADA Maharashtra State Chairperson

Mumbai, 11th September 2026: We wish to inform that Mr. Sachin Vasantrao Mahajan has been re-appointed as FADA State Chairperson for Maharashtra for third consecutive term.

Mr. Sachin Vasantrao Mahajan, Managing Partner & CEO at Mahaveer Wheels and Mahajan Isuzu both based out of Nashik, Maharashtra and has dealerships of Ashok Leyland, Classic Legends, Switch Mobility EV and ISUZU Motor India.

The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) today released Vehicle Retail Data for Aug'26 for the State of Maharashtra.

Commenting on how Aug'26 performed, FADA Maharashtra State Chairperson, Mr Sachin Vasantrao Mahajan said, “2W grew 16.1%, slightly below national growth of 19.7%, despite a large absolute increase of 26,406 units. Petrol/Ethanol grew 12.5%, below national growth of 16.0%.

Carry-forward bookings, new colours and improving customer enquiries supported demand.

Ganesh Chaturthi shifted to September, resulting in delivery postponement; price reductions on popular models also supported conversions.”
