Zuari Infraworld and Gangothri Infraedge Join Hands to Launch Tribhuja Housing Project in Kollur, Hyderabad

Hyderabad, 10 September 2026: Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja, developed by Gangothri Infra Edge Pvt. Ltd. in partnership with Zuari Infraworld India Limited, was formally launched in Hyderabad today, marking an important milestone in the companies' growing presence in the city's premium residential market and their confidence in the long-term potential of Kollur and Hyderabad's western growth corridor.

Kollur has emerged as one of the city's most sought-after mid-to-premium residential pockets, drawing IT professionals working across Gachibowli, HITEC City and the Financial District who want larger, better-planned homes at an entry point well below the core western suburbs, in an area where schools, healthcare and gated communities are expanding rapidly. The occasion was accompanied by the unveiling of the project's Experience Centre and brochure at a ceremony attended by the leadership of both groups and invited guests.

The partnership brings together complementary strengths. Zuari Infraworld India Limited, the dedicated real estate arm of the Adventz brand and a wholly owned subsidiary of the listed Zuari Industries Limited, brings a legacy of over six decades of nation-building and a portfolio spanning India and international markets, including the St. Regis Residences in Dubai. Gangothri Infra Edge Pvt Ltd contributes nearly two decades of building experience in Hyderabad, having developed here since 2006. Together, they have shaped Tribhuja under a shared vision, pairing the standards and scrutiny of two established developers behind a single project.

Tribhuja is built around three principles: Light, Air and Privacy. It has been created by LAVA (Laboratory for Visionary Architecture, Australia) using algorithmic tower placement, with orientation engineered for thermal comfort, heat resistance and cross-ventilation, making it one of the few Hyderabad projects to incorporate wind and sunlight analysis directly into its architecture. The nine towers rise to G+37 and are planned so that 78 percent of homes are corner residences, opening up light and ventilation on multiple sides. Homes feature a 3.15-metre floor-to-floor height, generous floor plates from approximately 1,679 to 3,126 sq ft, and 100 percent Vastu compliance, while the masterplan devotes 72 percent of the site to open spaces.
