Jaipur, 09 September 2026: International Workplace Group (IWG), the world's largest platform for work with brands including Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature, today announced the opening of its new flexible workspace, Regus at OB Tower in Central Spine area of Jaipur. The addition of International Workplace Group's latest location in Jaipur comes on the heels of the company posting its highest-ever revenue, cashflow and earnings growth in its history and achieving rapid network expansion, signing a record 728 new locations globally in the first half of 2026, and taking its global network to more than 6,000 signed locations across more than 120 countries.

The launch marks a key milestone in the company's India growth story, building on IWG's strong expansion across the country in the first half of 2026, with 43 new centres signed during the period. The continued growth reflects rising demand for flexible workspace and IWG's capital-light partnership model, which enables building owners and investors to participate in the growing flexible workspace market while supporting the rapid expansion of IWG's network.

IWG's capital-light growth strategy is powering the vast majority of its expansion, with 95% of new locations delivered via managed partnership agreements. The model enables property owners and investors to generate higher returns from their buildings, while allowing IWG to grow its global network quickly and efficiently.

Situated in Central Spine (Jagatpura), this new centre is part of a drive by International Workplace Group to meet the sharply rising demand for high-quality flexible working space in the region. The four-storey building will provide space for established firms and start-ups across sectors including IT and ITeS, financial services, professional services and manufacturing, while IWG's Design Your Own Office service allows companies to tailor their space entirely to their requirements. The new Regus centre will include private offices, meeting rooms, co-working areas and creative spaces.
