Light of Life Trust Lists on BSE Social Stock Exchange to Mobilise Funding for Education of 400+ Underserved Children

Mumbai, 4 September 2026: Light of Life Trust (LOLT), a not-for-profit organisation working towards breaking the intergenerational cycle of poverty, is today listed on the BSE Social Stock Exchange (SSE), marking an important step in its efforts to strengthen access to education and create sustainable opportunities for children from underserved communities.

As part of the listing, LOLT has undertaken a Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) Bond Issue of ₹1.27 crore, aimed at supporting the education and holistic development of 420 children from underserved communities in Bihar and Jharkhand. The issue comprises ZCZP instruments with a face value of ₹1,000 each, with a minimum application of one instrument and multiples thereof.

The SSE listing provides LOLT with a regulated and transparent platform to mobilise social-impact funding while enabling individuals, institutions and organisations to contribute towards clearly defined social outcomes.
