Annapurna Girls Hostel Celebrates Teachers’ Day with Mentorship Session Focused on Students’ Growth and Career Development

September 2026, Greater Noida: Annapurna Girls Hostel students from the Annapurna Girls Hostel celebrated Teachers' Day by organizing a special mentoring program for about 100 students that consisted of developing themselves, planning their careers and discussing future plans. Mentors had talks and discussed with the students various aspects related to education, career and skills on that particular day.

The Teachers' Day celebration was arranged at Annapurna Girls Hostel in order to show gratitude towards the contribution made by teachers and mentors who have played a great role in the journey of these youngsters through education and career planning. The mentoring program allowed almost 100 students to discuss about their future plans, challenges and issues. The major issues discussed in the mentoring program include career planning, skill development, gaining confidence, effective communication and decision making.

During his speech, Mr. Kunwar Gaurav Giri, the Founder of Annapurna Girls Hostel, said, “Teachers and mentors have a vital role to play in making lives of young people. It is not just about teaching academics; but helping students realise their potentials, their strengths and the opportunities available to them which could help them achieve their future goals. Teachers’ Day has been an excellent occasion for us to thank our teachers and mentors and at the same time give students a platform to interact, exchange ideas and think of their future goals.”
