Through the partnership, Maximize can now offer gift card purchases and issuance at scale without managing the underlying operational complexity. iServeU handles the infrastructure layer: payment processing, settlement, balance tracking, and validity management.

Users browsing Maximize can discover and purchase gift cards. The purchase flow is direct: Customer selects a gift card, chooses a denomination, then pays via UPI or card. Recipients receive digital notifications and may also request a physical card. Once issued, balance and expiry tracking runs through iServeU's platform.

For corporate buyers, the value is clear. Companies running employee recognition programs or customer loyalty initiatives manage multiple brand catalogs. Maximize, powered by iServeU, consolidates this work into a single channel for sourcing and tracking.
