La Martiniere for Boys Student Indraneel Mandal Achieves Distinction in AI Research

Kolkata, 12th August, 2026: Indraneel Mandal of Class 12S1, La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata, has achieved a remarkable milestone, becoming one of the youngest in the nation to have his research published in the New York Academy of Sciences (NYAS), one of the world’s most prestigious scientific organisations.

His research explores the advancement of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning to develop more reliable, robust and generalizable AI systems. The achievement reflects his exceptional technical expertise, scientific research aptitude and advanced computational insight.

Adding to his accomplishments, Indraneel served as a Team Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS) during his internship and has also completed a certification in Ethical Hacking and Cybersecurity under the Government of India.
