11th August 2026: Knack Packaging Limited (BSE: 544814, NSE: KNACK), a leading Indian manufacturer of printed and laminated woven polypropylene (PLWPP) specialized packaging solutions with a significant global export footprint, has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

This marks the Company’s first quarterly results post its successful IPO.

Financial and Operational Highlights for Quarter ended June 30, 2026:

Revenue growth was driven by higher sales volumes and improving capacity utilisation, supported by the Owned and Rented Facilities and healthy demand across Grain & Pulses, Animal food, fertiliser/agrochemical and consumer end-markets.
Continued monitoring of price of key input raw material was critical in safeguarding the margins amid volatility operating environment.
EBITDA and PAT growth outpaced topline growth, demonstrating strong operating leverage.
ROCE for the quarter stood at 54.73% and ROE at 37.45%
