New Delhi, 5th August 2026: RSWM Ltd. (BSE: 500350/NSE: RSWM), one of India’s leading manufacturers of value-added synthetic, mélange, cotton and blended yarns, denim fabric, knitted fabric and green polyester fibre, today announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
The Company delivered a stable start to FY27, supported by disciplined execution, healthy
manufacturing efficiencies and sustained demand across domestic markets. Margin expansion and stronger profitability underscored the Company's continued progress despite
a volatile global trade environment.
❖ Key Financial Highlights:
▪ Revenue: Revenue for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹1,161 crore, reflecting a 1.7% QoQ
increase, driven by stable domestic demand and improved volumes. On a YoY
basis, revenue declined by 0.7% amid softer export demand, geopolitical
uncertainties and raw material price volatility.
▪ Gross profit: Gross Profit increased to ₹466 crore, with gross margins improving to 39.8%, expanding 253 bps YoY, supported by a favourable product mix,
improved operational efficiency and disciplined cost control.
▪ EBITDA: EBITDA increased to ₹94 crore, rising 16.1% YoY and 10.1% QoQ, while
EBITDA Margin strengthened to 8.0%.
▪ PAT: PAT stood at ₹17 crore, compared with ₹7 crore in Q1 FY26, representing a 2.4x increase over Q1 FY26. PAT Margin improved to 1.4%

revenue of 1,161 crore, EBITDA of 94 crore, and Profit After Tax (PAT) of 17 crore, driven by operational excellence, an improved product mix, and disciplined cost management.
