Delhi, August 04,2026: ASK Automotive Limited, India’s largest brake shoe and Advanced Braking Systems manufacturer for two-wheelers in India, today announced its financial results for the firstquarter ended 30th June 2026.

Financial Highlights Q1 FY27:
• Strong performance in Q1 FY27:
- Consolidated Revenue Growth up + 52.1% reaching Rs. 1361 Cr.
- Passthrough impact of Significant increase in Alloy Prices on revenue + 33.4%
- Wheel Assembly strategic reduction impact (-) 6.6%
- Overall Net Revenue Growth up +25.3%

• The Advanced Braking Systems business vertical revenue grew by +48%, Aluminium Light Weighting Precision Solutions revenue by +75% and Safety Control Cables revenue by +20% on YoY basis. Revenue from exports were at Rs. 39 Crore against Rs. 33 Crore last year in same period.

• Achieved EBITDA of Rs. 164 Cr. with 32.7% YOY growth

• EBITDA Margin at 12.0%. However, EBITDA percentage was impacted due to abrupt and phenomenal increase in Alloy prices.

• Achieved PAT of Rs. 85 Crore with +28.8% YoY growth.

• EPS increased to Rs. 4.32 against Rs. 3.35 in last year in same period; up +28.8% YoY.

Commenting on the results, Mr. Kuldip Singh Rathee, Chairman and Managing Director said: “I am delighted to share with you that we had a strong performance in the first quarter in both revenue and profitability. This is the eleventh consecutive quarter of robust performance by us since listing of the Company.

Summary of Q1 FY27 results is as under:

• Achieved Highest ever Quarterly revenue, EBITDA and PAT.

• We delivered strong performance in business and recorded consolidated revenue growth of +52.1% (Excluding passthrough impact of significant increase in Alloy prices on revenue i.e. 33.4% and Wheel Assembly business strategic reduction i.e. (-) 6.6%), overall Net Revenue has grown by +25.3%on year-on-year basis.

• We continue to outperform the 2W industry vehicle production growth.

• Achieved EBITDA of Rs. 164 Cr.with 32.7%YOY growth

• EBITDA Margin at 12.0%. However, EBITDA percentage was impacted due to abrupt and phenomenal increase in Alloy prices.

• Achieved PAT of Rs. 85 Crore with +28.8%YoY growth.

• This reflects the result of our continued focus on expanding value-added businesses, improving utilization of production capacities and bringing cost efficiencies.

• We have outperformed the industry growth, and our aim is to continue on this growth path on a sustainable basis with clear focus on the bottom line to enhance the shareholders’ value. Volatility in alloy prices may affect margin percentages due to the denominator effect; however, with aluminium prices expected to remain benign in the coming quarters, we anticipate an improvement in our EBITDA margins.

• With strong performance, our Earning per share (EPS) has increased to Rs. 4.32 per share against Rs.3.35 per share in last year same period.

• Happy to share that the technical collaboration with Kyushu Yanagawa Japan has been successfully implemented at our Karoli plant and 1st Supply of High Pressure Die Casted Alloy Wheel has started to our esteemed Japanese customer.

Our mega manufacturing facility at Karoliis ramping up fast and new Bangalore facility is running at optimum utilisation. The improved economies of scale and operational efficiencies are benefitting us in delivering better performance.

Our second captive solar plant in Rajasthan is expected to be operationalised in Q2 FY27. This shows our ongoing commitment towards sustainable renewable energy initiative.

As we go forward, we are hopeful of maintaining trend of outperforming the industry growth in the subsequent year. We anticipate the growth momentum in two-wheeler sector to continue for the upcoming year.
