Battery costs account for up to 40% of an electric vehicle's price, creating a significant barrier for fleet operators. Through Yuma's BaaS model, batteries are decoupled from the vehicle, allowing businesses to pay only for the energy they use. This approach reduces upfront costs, converts capital expenditure into operating expenditure, and enables fleets to scale efficiently.
