Khan Bank Drives Dramatic Efficiency Gains

One of the highlights came from Khan Bank, among Mongolia's largest commercial banks. Using PRIME BPM's new MapEZ feature, the bank slashed the time required for process documentation - bringing down per-process mapping time from 3.5 hours to just one hour.

By moving away from traditional interview-based mapping and embracing the MapEZ approach along with targeted staff training, Khan Bank achieved a threefold increase in mapping output and significantly improved the quality of data available for deeper analysis.

Live Demo of 'Procedure Recorder' - More Than Just Talk
Attendees also got a firsthand look at the newly showcased Procedure Recorder tool. The demonstration illustrated how the feature automatically captures task steps using screenshots and timestamps, enabling teams to document procedures more precisely and efficiently.

Looking ahead, PRIME BPM revealed plans to enhance the Procedure Recorder with voice-based procedure documentation, further reducing manual effort. This positions the tool to support streamlined training, automation workflows, and more robust process documentation standards.
