Saudi Post Launches Secure Registered E-mail Services with RPost Cloud Platform

Saudi Post, the government-owned postal provider of Saudi Arabia, has partnered with RPost to implement its Cloud platform as part of a national electronic services modernization initiative. Through this collaboration, Saudi customers now have access to Saudi Post Registered E-mail services, co-branded with RPost, that meet legal, security, and compliance standards. These services offer electronic proof, legal e-signatures, encryption, and secure message delivery via Outlook, Lotus, mobile apps, and web platforms. An Arabic-language version of the service is expected later this year.

The move is part of Saudi Post’s broader transformation strategy to digitize communication for individuals, businesses, and government entities. Registered E-mail services will be free for limited personal use, with advanced features available under a premium model. With no software installation required, recipients benefit from a seamless experience while senders gain audit trails and legal assurance. This partnership positions Saudi Post as a digital leader in the region, aligning with evolving electronic transaction laws across the GCC and enhancing international communication standards.
