BIA Technologies highlighted the key advantages of budgeting automation in the auto business

Representatives of the IT Company spoke about this at a meeting of the Autoboss auto business executives club. "Restructuring the 2025 budget model: how to adapt and squeeze the most out of the new economic conditions?" was the topic of the meeting. The event was held online on November 21.

Experts from BIA Technologies and the AVTODOM group of companies presented a project to automate budget planning during a joint presentation. The system ensures a prompt response of the auto business to changes in the industry that affect demand. One of these factors is a change in the cost of loans due to fluctuations in the key rate of the Central Bank of Russia for buyers and car dealers.

AVTODOM Group was not satisfied with the budgeting approach, when planning is carried out in separate files in different business units, was not satisfied. It required a lot of time to consolidate data and coordinate via e-mail. Employees filled out more than 900 files with forms for each of the Financial Responsibility Centers and the final file for all departments. Budgetingcontinuedto 3 months as a result.
