Atomic Ranch’s Latest Event Gives Mid Century Modernists a Rare Chance to Tour the Legendary Liebner/Ivans Residence.

La Jolla, CA --- Join Atomic Ranch in the beautiful seaside town of La Jolla, California for a tour of the prestigious Liebner/Ivans Residence! A unique home, one of a selection of exceptional modernist custom-built homes in this artist enclave, the Liebner/Ivans house was designed in 1961 and masterfully restored in 2019. This historic landmark is rarely opened to the public so guests to our event will have a special opportunity to take in its striking architectural design and meticulous renovations. The home is a beacon of preservation and Southern California modernism.

Attendees will see how homeowners Joan & Gary Gand thoughtfully restored the home inside and out, bringing it back to its former glory and winning awards along the way (La Jolla Jewel Award 2022, People in Preservation Award 2022). Those interested in a more comprehensive experience can join for a VIP tour from 2-3pm for an exclusive interview conducted by Atomic Ranch Editor Jickie Torres who will explore the intricate details of this incredible home with the Gands.
