On International Yoga Day, Raffles Udaipur is delighted to host a rejuvenating yoga session led by the wellness coach Ms. Seethu Janaky. The one-hour Hatha yoga session will commence at 7:00 am, in the tranquil ambiance of the Barefoot Garden. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the practice of yoga, embracing its holistic benefits for the mind, body, and soul. The session will encompass various elements, including introductory rituals, asanas accompanied by chanting, pranayama, and Yog Nidra meditation. Adding a harmonious touch to the meditation, a talented flutist will serenade the attendees with soothing melodies for ten minutes, aligning with the spirit of World Music Day.

To complement the yoga experience, the head Chef will curate a high tea session along with a healthy breakfast for the guests, ensuring a refreshing post-yoga indulgence at the Verandah.
