The Ticktin Law Group Toughens Up Attorney Roster, Adding Roosevelt Presume to Its High-Powered Team

Deerfield Beach, Florida, January 17, 2024- The Ticktin Law Group is excited to have Roosevelt Presume join them as an Associate Attorney.

With nearly a decade of experience as a Paralegal, Roosevelt is excited to continue his passion for law in a new role. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a degree focusing on Law & Society, Presume worked diligently in Manhattan until reigniting his educational journey at Barry University School of Law. While in law school, Roosevelt served as the President of the American Association of Justice (AAJ). He was also a member of the Barry University School of Law Trial Team and worked as a certified legal Intern with the Miami-Dade State Attorneys' office. This experience was immeasurable, as he found himself in one of the most sought out internships for the region. While at the Miami-Dade State Attorneys' office, Roosevelt gained firsthand trial experience. Ultimately, he decided his focus in law would be on general civil litigation.

Before joining the team at The Ticktin Law Group, Roosevelt worked at the Fort Lauderdale office of Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli as a First-Party Insurance Defense Counsel. He then went on to work at Heritage Insurance Company as in-house counsel. Additionally, he went on to work for one of the most preeminent minority-owned law firms in Miami. All of this experience has accumulated to Roosevelt's extensive legal knowledge in automobile negligence, premise liability, and general negligence actions.

Presume is also a hardworking member of the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida.
