IMT Ghaziabad Placement 2023: IMT Ghaziabad has announced its successful placement for its students this year. Being one of the notable institutes for the management degree course, they have always developed proficient individuals. They have expert faculties who have always made efforts to give better knowledge to their students, both academic as well as industrial. Now, their placement performance has given wonderful results with better results. The institute saw a record increase of about 14% increase in the average salary earned by its students.
The 2021-23 batch had a placement of 100% this year which is one of the remarkable aspects in itself. The highest package received here is Rs. 65.5 lakh per annum, which has stunned most of the management degree institutes.
The corporate sectors have shown better confidence in the IMT Ghaziabad students and given them wonderful opportunities in their respective companies. The placement here happened from the companies from different sectors like consumer products, FMCG, Automobile, BFSI, Manufacturing, Logistics & supply chain, and several other sectors. Different types of roles are offered for these candidates like financial risk &and advisory, sales &marketing, analyst, strategy, consulting, general management & leadership, project management, FPA/Corporate finance, product management, equity research, etc. While the major placement was done by the sectors like BFSI, IT/ITES, which is followed by Consumer Products, Consumer. These wonderful placement is the result of the better development done by the students in their academics.
Last year, the average salary of the PGDM program students was around Rs. 15 lakh per annum, whereas, this year?s average salary is Rs. 17.35 lakh per annum. As per the official statement given by the IMT Ghaziabad, more than 30 companies participated in the recruitment process of the students. Amongst them, 15 companies are listed in the top 100 in the list of Fortune Global 500 ranking list. Some of the prominent companies participating in the recruitment process of IMT Ghaziabad institute were Nivea, TATA consumer products, Adani Wilmar, Philips, HDFC bank, Microsoft, Accenture, Cognizant, Cisco, Genpact, etc.
A total of 517 students got the recruitment this year with nice salary package. Apart from the final placement, the 2-months summer internship placement at the IMT Ghaziabad was also wonderful. As per the reports, more than 120 students got placed in the summer internship. The highest package received in the summer internship is 3.5 lakh per month, while average package received was 85k per month. Again, the BFSI sector was the dominating sector here, the major recruiters here were Deloitte, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Google, Godrej, MAQ Software, etc. The companies from different domains have always shown their confidence in the IMT Ghaziabad students due to their outstanding talent.
