Royal China has launched its scrumptious Unlimited Dim Sum Brunch menu

New Delhi: Delve into the world of dim sums as Royal China launches its scrumptious Unlimited Dim Sum Brunch menu on Mondays and Tuesdays from 12pm-3pm. Revisit the oriental mystique with unlimited dim sums paired perfectly with an eclectic range of soups, main course and desserts.

The meal begins with a choice of soups between the hot sour (veg/ chicken) and royal sweet corn (veg /chicken). An array of scrumptious dim sums to choose from include a Prawn Har Gao Dumpling, Siu Mai Dumpling (v/chicken), Seafood Dumpling with Chilli Oil, Chicken Shanghai Soup Dumpling, Chicken and Chive Dumpling, Steamed Vegetable Dumpling with Coriander, Truffle Water Chestnut and Sweet Pea Dumpling, Crystal Dumpling, Spinach and Cheese Dumpling, amidst others.

Appetizers include a Vegetable Mushroom Bao, Sticky Rice in Banana Leaf with Chicken, Classic Soft Corn Curd, Veg Spring Roll, Crispy Duck Spring Roll, Roast Pork Puff, Sesame Prawn Toast and more. A choice of mains comprise Chicken in Chilli Oil and Spring Onion, Mixed Vegetables in Black Bean Sauce with Egg Fried Rice and Vegetable Hong Kong Noodles. The meal ends on a satiating sweet note with Honey Noodles with Ice Cream or Banana Toffee Fritters with Ice Cream.
