Corsair has officially unveiled its latest memory kits to tackle massive workload requirements with its all-new Vengeance DDR5 portfolio with capacities of 48GB (2x24GB) and 96GB (2x48GB) memory kits.
Vengeance RGB DDR5 & Vengeance DDR5 are high-capacity memory modules engineered specifically for high-density applications and tasks such as 8K video editing, machine learning, and AI. The Corsair Memory Kits bring about the evolution we didn't know we needed! It has now become easier to access large workloads, and perform data-intensive tasks on a wide range of processors without limiting its potential to servers or workstations, only. as these kits are compatible with motherboards with two slots, i.e., Micro ATX and Mini-ITX which means that these memory kits can fit into smaller spaces.
According to Corsair, these new memory kits are ideal for content creators, professionals, and enthusiasts who demand the highest level of performance from their systems. With the ability to handle even the most demanding applications, Corsair Memory Modules are sure to find a home in a wide range of high-performance desktops. The new DDR5 portfolio is comprehensive, with around eight kits in various configurations and frequencies that usually range from 5,200MT/s and 5600MT/s with a latency of CL38 to CL40.
The Vengeance and Vengeance RGB memory lineups carry a different perception due to the additional RGB lights that create more attractions for the customers with two different variations, i.e., DDR5-5200 memory kits that come with 38-38-38-84 timings whereas, DDR5-5600 is configured with 40-40-40-77 timings. It is necessary to note that, usually, running DIMMs on a processor can cause a lag in performance, but the Corsair DDR5 kit adds value by sustaining the data rates to maximize compatibility. This has only become possible after DDR5, as the maximum capacity can reach 192GB on mainstream motherboards with a minimum of four slots and around 768 GB with 16 memory slots. The variety is wide, with no less than eight kits in various configurations and frequencies ranging from 5,200MT/s CL38 to 5,600MT/s CL40.
The two memory kits, the first being Corsair 48GB Memory, are configured with six 8GB models. This kit is ideal to be used with high-end desktop systems that require much memory. This kit facilitates faster performance with better load times and seamless multitasking. In contrast, the 96GB kit features twelve 8GB modules, making it capable of catering to data-intensive applications, such as 3D rendering, video editing, and large-scale data processing software, allowing users to experience lightning-fast performance.
With Corsair's patented cooling technology, these kits are ideal for a wide range of applications and must-have for anyone looking to take their system to the next level. Irrespective of the system's data rate, these memory kits only consume 1.25V and support XMP 3.0.
Moreover, regarding pricing and availability, Corsair has confirmed the availability of DDR5 memory kits from 7th March 2023. The pricing initially starts at $192.48, which goes up to $204.51 for DDR5-5600, and DDR5-5200 is priced at $392.64 for the 48GB model. The pricing for the Corsair 96GB Memory is expected to cost more, with the price range going up to $400-$500.
