(New Delhi, 16 May 2022) Shangri-La Eros New Delhi brings the flavours of paradise with the Kashmiri Food Festival at its international cuisine restaurant, Tamra from 13 May until 21 May 2022. The special menu is prepared by home chef Rajni Jinsi, a homemaker who grew up in Anantnag and learned the art of cooking from her mother.
Bringing the flavours of her homeland, Chef Rajni?s handpicked dishes at Tamra will include Nadur Yakhni, Kabargah, Kashmiri Rajma, Dum Aloo, Mutton Roganjosh, Masch, Shufta and more. All the delicacies are cooked in traditional spices such as Kashmiri Red Chilli, Hing and saffron.
Chef Rajni carries her culinary heritage close to her heart and will dish out traditional Kashmiri Pandit cuisine delicacies during this exclusive pop-up.
The Kashmiri cuisine is available for lunch and dinner. The lunch buffet is priced at INR 2,650 plus taxes, and the dinner buffet is priced at INR 2,900 plus taxes per person.
