Bridging Finance and Loans announce busy period

This month at Bridging Finance and Loans Bridgingfinanceandloans.co.uk has been an extremely busy one with lots of projects underway.

We started the month by completing a commercial buy to let on a large residential property at 2.6% PA.

Additionally, we have funded a project on a large stately home for ?1M.

This deal was on a 6-month bridge at .39% per month.

We are about to complete 8 student studios in one ltd company on a buy to let product.

In addition, this month, we have agreed terms on a Buy to Let for 2 HMO Properties, with a 10-year housing association lease.

This is a project we are very excited to have agreed terms on as it leads to many more.

Finally, we are completing another holiday let purchase and refinance at .39% per month.
