Singapore's New Mixed Commercial And Residential Developer Dairy Farm Residences Attract Thousands At Preview

The preview of the 460-residential-unit mixed development, Dairy Farm Residences, launched by Singapore-listed United Engineers Ltd (UEL) attracted a crowd of around 1,000 over the weekend of Nov 16 and 17, 2019. Dairy Farm Residences details and the condominium marks the first new residence offering in the Dairy Farm estate since The Skywoods, which was launched in 2013. The Skywoods is a 420-unit, 99-year leasehold condo developed by a consortium of three real estate developers, namely Hock Lian Seng Holdings, King Wan Corp and TA Corp.
