Petition filed before Allahabad High Court to extradite Naseem brothers from Dubai in 60 Thousand Crores Fraud case

Lucknow, 24th August 2021: In a significant development, a division bench of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad comprising Hon\'ble Acting Chief Justice, M.N. Bhandari and hon?ble Justice Rajendra Kumar IV on August 12, 2021, has ordered to list the Criminal Misc. Writ Petition namely Arpit Shukla vs. State of UP and others on August 24, 2021 which is filed by advocates Prabha Shanker Mishra & Rishabh Raj.

The petitioner has prayed before the hon?ble court that to form an SIT under its supervision in order to arrest and extradite the directors of Shine City Infra Project Pvt. Ltd namely Rashid Naseem and Asif Naseem who are prime accuse of the siphoning of Multi Crore Funds from the investors.

The Naseem brothers are accused of cheating more than Ten Lakhs? investors of Uttar Pradesh of amount exceeding INR 60 Thousand Crore Rupees (approx. 8 Billion USD) and approximately more than 2500 FIR have been lodged against them and their companies in the conglomerate.

Advocate Rishabh Raj, in a media statement, said that if this siphoning of multi-crore fraud scam thoroughly probed and investigated, it could emerge as the LARGEST SCAM that the country could have witnessed in the past decade.
