Sandeep Marwah Inaugurated International Summit-Women in Sports

New Delhi: World Record Holder in sports Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios inaugurated the Global Sports Summit on International Women?s Day where the topic of the summit was Women In Sports organised by Vijay Bhagat Ram of Indian Golf Circuit.

Expressing his views about Sports and Women Dr. Sandeep Marwah emphasized on the importance of sports. How educational institutions have to perform as far as sports are concerned, was the concern of Marwah.

?When you are in sports you can stay healthy, it helps you to maintain good fitness level, it boosts your self-esteem. Sports enhance leadership skills, and you undergo positive mentoring, it improves your emotional fitness and makes you more social. No doubt it also enhances your discipline, and you perform better in your academics,? said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts initiating as Chief Guest and key note speaker.

?What all I am saying is meant for all women-you must spare time for sports. Your involvement in sports improves your teamwork and cooperation. It teaches you time management, develops a success mindset brings in you better patience, improved sleep and develop good long-life habits,? added Marwah addressing large Women from all over the World.
