That is the time when you need to show to your doctor and might need medical check-up,? said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts in a webinar organised to make students alert of their habits of controlling their emotions especially for the students of AAFT by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

?I have gone through this problem few years back when I realized it at an earlier stage that I am sick, and I need medical care for my being disturbed all the time. The medical reports revealed the imbalance of chemicals in my body which leads to abnormal conditions to an individual,? said Shivani Thapiyal Mental Health Coach who expressed and narrated her own case study and talked about the subject in detail.
