Indo Rwanda Cultural Forum Will Use New Strategy to Build Relations

New Delhi: The President of ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry Dr. Sandeep Marwah met H.E. Ms. Jacqueline Mukangira High Commissioner of Rwanda to India and briefed her about the activities of Indo Rwanda Film And Cultural Forum announced not very long ago.

?It was agreed to plan a new strategy to develop and promote relation between India and Rwanda through films, television, media, art and culture. ?The best way to promote relations is the cultural diplomacy. You must create space for others, you will find space for yourself too. We have always believed in that,? said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chair for IRFCF.
