Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai Participates in Clean Up the World Initiative

The Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai participated recently in the ?Clean Up the World? Initiative organised by Dubai Municipality. Over 30 volunteers from the hotel took part in the activity held at Al Aweer. The theme this year was ?Beat Plastic Pollution? under the parent organization ?Clean Up the World Australia? supported by UN Environment Programme (UNEP).

Like every year, ?Clean Up the World? initiative by Dubai Municipality was geared at increasing volunteer levels in the environmental clean-up campaigns while enhancing co-operation between various stakeholders. A key goal was to assist in neighbourhood preservation by removing litter and debris while focusing media attention on environmental issues.
