(April 21, 2019) ? The loss of a loved one can change the world of a person forever. Grief is a natural reaction to such Loss and it very well may be felt physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Coping with the Loss of Loved One like a family member or a close friend is one of the toughest challenges that many people have to face. When one looses his/her life partner, sibling, or parent this grief can be very much intense. Loss is comprehended as a natural part of everyone?s life, however it can still overwhelm by shock and perplexity, leading to prolonged times of sadness or sorrow. The intensity of this sadness generally diminishes with time, yet grieving is a critical process in order to defeat these emotions and continue to embrace the time one had with their loved one. The grieving process is capricious and a person?s feelings may change every day or even minute to minute. Numerous individuals think that it is helpful to recognize the feelings they are experiencing and talk about them. Others think that it is supportive to explore their emotions in a journal. Journaling can be cathartic and may enable a person to observe their growth which they might not have otherwise perceived. To help people in this endeavor, author and intuitive grief expert Andrea A. Moore provides intuitive grief coaching to siblings and women who have suffered a loss of their loved one to help them delegate their feelings by journaling or co-authoring their stories in her upcoming anthology.

Andrea A. Moore encountered grief back in 2010 when she lost her only sister Angie to Breast Cancer. But this strong woman put her grief aside when she saw her parents Mourning and decided to put her life in the right course. She was reintroduced to writing and she poured her feelings out on paper which helped her release and see more clearly than before. Andrea now supports and provides coaching to women and siblings on how to write their story by starting with journaling. She has already authored three books and currently gearing up for the release of ?Where Did I Go?? in September 2019.

Andrea A. Moore is looking for co-authors for her upcoming anthology, a part of the From Grief to Grind movement where women can contribute their stories of grief and collaborate with like-minded individuals.
