1) Application or contract needs to be generated
A contract should be generate by both the applicant and the registrar. This contract fundamentally describes the rights and obligations of both the parties which involve the accountability issues, ingress rights and clandestineness.

2) Analysis of Documents
The ISO auditor will observe all the company quality certificates and papers & manuals connected to the various process & policies which are respected in the firm. Analysis of the present work will guide the ISO auditor to monitor the flaws against the demands specified in the ISO standards.

3) Action Plan
After the ISO auditor interacts the flaws in the company, the action plan needs to be generated to remove these loopholes. 4) Initial Certification Audit
The initial certification audit is split into two classifications- Stage 1 and Stage 2.

Stage 1: The ISO auditor will audit the needed shifts made by you in the company. They will split these non-conformities into major and minor non-conformities. The auditor will monitor if all the non-conformities have been disregarded or not as per ISO quality standards. 5) Accomplishment of the ISO Certification
After all, non-conformities are noticed and all the closures are put in the ISO audit report, ISO certification is awarded by the registrar.

6) Surveillance Audits
Surveillance audit is generally organized to make sure that ISO quality standards are being retained by the company. It is organized from time to time.
