100 participants mixing 100 kilos of Cake in 100 mins at Oberoi Mall

Mumbai, 29th November 2018 ? Cake mixing is a centuries old tradition that originated in Europe to mark the arrival of the festive Christmas season. A harbinger of good fortune, bliss and togetherness, it is celebrated with great fervour across the world today. Bringing this joy to Mumbai, Oberoi Mall associated with The Westin Mumbai Garden City for a traditional Christmas cake?mixing celebration on 28th November.

100 guests spent 100 minutes on mixing the batter that weighed 100 kilograms. The delicious mix included nuts, raisins, apricots, almonds, dried figs, pistachios, cherries, black currants, dates and dark rum.
