21st November,2018:The 6th edition of India Beach Fashion Week (IBFW) gave the audience a one of its kind 2-day fashion experience on the 14th& 15th November. Blending perfectly with the theme the designers showcased the best of Beach, Resort, cruise & Destination wear. The two days also saw Experiential Displays by Global Brands, Knowledge & Networking Sessions, Sea-Side Shopping, Exotic After Parties & Celebrity Engagements.

The second day of IBFW began with the most awaited show of budding talents of designers of the JD Institute of Fashion Technology - a student-led designer collection on the lines of innovation and sustainability. Nealesh Dalal, Managing Trustee, JD Educational Trust said, ?JD Institute of fashion technology has a legacy of 30 years and is one of the oldest Art and Design School in India. Goa being the hub for Fashion along with travel and food, we believe that our association with IBFW is the right way to start our Journey of being one of the first and finest School for Art and Design Aspirants. Under the experts from Industry the subjects in Fashion, Interior, Jewelry, Fashion Photography, hair & make up will be taught, taking the imagination of the aspirants to the next level".

Asif Merchant and Ken Ferns in association with Volkswagen displayed their colorful, vibrant, crazy and fun outfits with showstoppers Pooja Chopra and Terrence Lewis respectively. Both Asif and Ken expressed their happiness to be associated with India Beach Fashion Week and put forward a power packed show. In addition to this, Neelam Bohra and Rikita Dodia?s show ?S-9 Resort Wear? witnessed a lot of wows. Ripci Bhatia, designer of ?Amour Faith Hope?, also presented his beautiful collection with some mindblowing pieces and a fun show a talent so immense that it drew you like a magnet. A spectacular show was put up by Shree Sanghvi Creation and Saroj Mitra?s brand ?Kraft Corridor? displaying Lucknowi traditions and cultures, was a royal portrayal of festive outfits. A brand label ?MapxencaRS? by Riddhi and Siddhi Mapxencar, the twins put up a show titled ?Romance Alfresco? that left the viewers? mouths wide open with awe. With the ?ROPE? exhibiting their show, Luxury resort presented themselves to the bystanders.

Gathered at the pleasant scene of the waves hitting the sea shore at the lawns of Goa Marriott Resort and Spa, Miramar, the crowd saw an awe-inspiring grand finale show with models wearing a curation by The luxury brand consultant Mr. Umesh Jivnani ofdesigners like Arjun Khanna, Dhruv Kapoor, Lecoanet Hemant, Pria Kataria Puri, Neeta Lulla and Varun Bahl.

At the end CEO & Co - Founder, India Beach Fashion Week - Mr. Pallav Ojha expressing his gratitude to the associates of IBFW said ?India Beach Fashion Week in the last 5 seasons has emerged as a global fashion platform to present the latest innovation and design across beach, resort, cruise and destination wear.
