Abortion should be as early as possible, cites Department of Health and the HSE

This Bill is scheduled to be into the act at Dail in coming days, where it would also be made into a series of secondary changes. This may further put on a debate of the general principles and outline of the legislative process.
Furthermore, amendments are expected to be put forward by both pro-choice and anti-abortion TDs parties, still, the Government has emphasized on facts that it may not accept any such thing which may shorten or abolish the proposed 3-day waiting for a period for access to a termination process.
