Atman Law Partners merges its practice with HSA Advocates

HSA Advocates (HSA) is pleased to announce a further expansion of its partnership with the merging of Atman Law Partners? practice with HSA Advocates. Atman and it?s managing partner, Chinmay Mirji, have an established and well recognised corporate, litigation and real estate practice in Bengaluru. Chinmay has over 13 years of professional experience and is recognised by clients and peers alike, for his impeccable professionalism, quality of work and depth of experience in his chosen areas of practice.
Chinmay joins the HSA partnership collegium effective today September 20, 2018, and while nominally he will be based out of HSA\'s Bengaluru office, his roles and responsibilities will not be limited by geography. He joins HSA with his team of lawyers - senior associate Sridevi Raghu and two associates Vaishali Shah and Charitha V.
Chinmay and his team have handled original and appellate civil litigation pertaining to property, commercial laws, trademarks, consumer protection, insurance laws, family laws, employment laws; writs of land acquisition, land reforms, endowments, human rights, public interest litigation, public policy and finance, criminal defence and prosecutions under penal laws, anti-corruption, cybercrimes, corporate frauds, and negotiable instruments. Chinmay routinely assists companies in conducting internal investigations and consequent prosecution and penal actions.
Chinmay has also been actively involved in negotiations and transaction advisory roles, in diverse corporate, M&A and investment transactions covering the entire spectrum of real estate development, ranging from initial investments, through project development and eventual divestment. Chinmay is acknowledged as being a key contributor in taking transactions through to successful fruition.
