Breastfeeding Awareness Camp at Lok Kalyan Samiti

Coinciding with the monthly vaccination day of children at Chakkarpur Centre of LKS, a breastfeeding awareness camp was organized with the support from InnerWheel Club of Gurgaon.

On this occasion mothers of 70 children (under six) were explained the benefits of breastfeeding by Dr Anita Agarwal (Gynecologist). All the 70 children were given biscuits and other nutrition supplements like porridge (1 Kg), gur and desi ghee (1/2 Kig) each by the Innerwheel club team/

A baby show was also held and the first three position holders were given prizes. It was fun laden education activity for which we are thankful to Innerwheel Club of Gurgaon
