Growel’s 101 mall invites donations of necessary items for Kerala flood victims

In one of the worst torrential rains and floods, the state of Kerala witnessed severe devastation with loss of lives and property.

As the country rallies around to provide aid and relief to those suffering from the disaster, Growel?s 101 Mall in Kandivali is also putting its best foot forward to provide help through donations of essential items.

The mall has organised a donation drive where people can come in and drop essential items that will help the victims in many ways. A kiosk has been set up in the mall where people can come and donate the items and the mall will ensure that they reach those in need.

The list of items that can be donated include:

Food items like rice, pulses, dry foods (Biscuits, rusk, snacks etc.), cooking oil, water bottles etc

Clothing items like bedsheets, blankets, lungis, dhotis, nighties, towels etc

Medical items like cotton, Dettol, paracetamol, Odomos, First Aid Kit etc

Others necessities like chappals, umbrellas, candles, match boxes, mosquito coils and nets, soaps, detergent, mats, torches, sanitary pads, diapers etc.

The kiosk has opened from Thursday August 23.

The mall will not be accepting any cash/ cheque or / electronic transaction as donations.
