43 Year Old Dharam Singh Made a World Record of 95 Push ups in 1 Minute

New Delhi, 22^nd June 2018: 43 Year old Dr. Dharam Singh beat the Guinness World Record with Maximum 95 Diamond Push ups in 1 minute at Loksabha Residential Complex, R K Puram, New Delhi. Before that the most diamond push ups in one minute (male) is 84 and was achieved by Rain Chua Qin (Singapore) in Toa Payoh, Singapore, on 18 February 2018.

Dr. Dharam Singh, Loksabha Employee said, I am so delighted that I have been able to break the world record of maximum push ups in 1 minute. This is with the support of successors and family. I have been successful in the attempt and made 11 more push ups than the last record. The next essential step is to get the approval from Guinness World Record authority and make it registered. We also Wishes to make many more such records and add to the glory of nation.

Guinness World Record breaker in 2015 in Most Pushup from India, Rohtash Choudhary was also present on occasion. He encouraged and appreciated Dr. Dharam Singh for making a wonderful attempt of breaking the Rain Chua Qin’s record.

Dr Dharam Singh, religiously practises yoga. He strictly follows a vegetarian diet.  He is practising diamond pushups since 2016. He is inspired by Bruce Lee. He believes India has immense talent that needs to be recognised. He wishes to get more record registered on his name in Maximum Pushups in future.
