Project execution challenges faced by Advenser includes
A major challenge during the designing of precast members was such that the columns and wall panels had varying thickness. This led to variation in panel design at each level in spite of visual similarities.
The complex design of reinforcing steel lead to frequent design revisions and thus led to tight deadlines.
Set of 4 shop drawings were provided for each panel beside the rebar detailing and color sheet.
A total of 1,003 precast members were included in the complete project with lower level basements and shear walls having varying elevation.
