Parsi Food Festival at Paatra, Jaypee Vasant Continental, New Delhi

The heartwarming Parsi community has always enriched our social and cultural fabric. Their dishes use up a lot of local ingredients and spices to create unique flavours. The recipes with Persian influences have been passed on from generation after generation.
