Pankaj Bajaj Eldeco Says Metro Connectivity Ushers Occupancy in NCR

The Noida ? Greater Noida, metro rail project has finally received approval from the NDA-headed central government. It is bound to cover a distance of 29.707 kilometres and has been awarded a budget of about 5,503 crore rupees.

Mr. Pankaj Bajaj Eldeco, President of CREDAI is of the belief that the metro connectivity has come out as a boon for the rental market in NCR. He says:

?The metro connectivity is expected to usher in a shift in occupancy and argues well for the rental market. Rent in Noida is less than half of South Delhi apartments. Easily, people can live in Noida and work in South Delhi and beyond.?

Since the Noida- Greater Noida area has witnessed a vast increase in residential and commercial complexes in the past decade, hence, easy metro availability will lead to less vehicular traffic on roads leading to less congestion, less time and cost of journey, less consumption of fossil fuels and thus very much needed decrease in environmental pollution.

This project is being implemented by Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited, jointly owned by the Government of India and Uttar Pradesh.

The cities of Noida and Greater Noida have been attracting residents over the years due to their austracious infrastructure and newly developed and broad open hinged highways, expressways and flyovers.

Malls and mega-marts add to the glamour of these cities. Metro being right at your doorsteps is another major perk now for residents of these cities.

With travel made easier and affordable in National Capital Region, with the coming of metro here would lead to decongesting the overpopulated Delhi metropolitan.

The project is scheduled to be completed by April (2018), adding to the goodwill of the general populace; a treat for the residents of Noida in the upcoming year.
