HSA Advocates advises promoters of Donear Group on the acquisition of OCM Private Limited

The promoters of Donear Group (through a LLP) acquired OCM Private Limited from its existing owner, a private equity fund house. OCM is engaged in manufacturing of premium range of high-quality all-wool and wool-blended worsted suiting fabrics.
HSA Advocates advised the promoters of Donear Group on all aspects of the transaction and was led by Amitabh Sharma, Managing Partner and Aninda Pal, Partner along with Kunal Rajpal, Principal Associate and Mansi Dua, Associate. In the recent past, HSA Advocates had advised the promoters of Donear Group on the acquisition of 100% stake of Grasim Industries Limited (a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group) in its wholly owned subsidiary Grasim Bhiwani Textiles Limited.
