A Television Commercial Shoot at Eden Gardens Featuring Kapil Dev and Dhoni

Two legendary captains of the Indian cricket team, Kapil Dev and M.S. Dhoni, graced Eden Gardens with their presence for a TV commercial shoot. The Indian cricket team has won the ICC Cricket World Cup during the tenure of both the captains.

Besides being an all-rounder, Kapil Dev has dazzled India with his balling and batting virtuosity. Dhoni, on the other hand, has always shot for the stars whenever he?s inside the batting crease; the Indian cricket team is forever in debt for Dhoni?s supernatural captainship.

Dhoni is a new member of the SRMB family. It was for this new commercial that Captain Cool and Haryana Hurricane shared the screen for the first time. The shooting for the commercial took one entire day which turned out to be a well-deserved hangout for the two cricket icons.

They were seen trading their bowling and batting proficiency in the pitch for the shoot directed by Indian actor turned director, Arindam Sil. According to the words of the director, ?It?s a matter of immense pleasure to capture both the legends in the same frame. I always loved watching both play and now, direct them playing and that too at the Eden Gardens. This is an experience that I will cherish throughout my life,?

Overwhelmed by Dhoni?s natural acting skill, Sil was heard saying, ?Dhoni is a natural actor and he hardly took any retakes; while Kapil Dev appeared like a bundle of energy once he took the ball in his hand.?
