Intex Appoints Corporate Legal Eagle Mr. Mahavir Prasad Garg As Company Secretary

November 16, 2017: In line with the Company\'s commitment to continuous evolution of corporate practices and strengthen professional management for accomplishing accelerated growth and excellence, Intex Technologies, one of the leading consumer electronics major, has appointed veteran corporate law expert Mr. Mahavir Prasad Garg as Company Secretary.

Mr. Garg will be responsible for secretarial, finance and investment functions of the Company. He will supervise compliance related matters at Intex and ensure adherence to government guidelines. He will lead the strategic planning committee to develop corporate-wide policies and policy manuals intended to keep the company abreast with best practices of corporate governance.
