Company Metafrax, managed by Seyfeddin Roustamov, ranks among the TOP-250 largest Russian companies, according to the annual rating published by RBK magazine

The chemical holding, managed by Seyfeddin Roustamov, entered the TOP 500 largest Russian companies taking the 243rd place. A key factor the rating is based on is income. According to the 2016 results, the Metafrax Group of Companies income amounted to USD 690 million under the IFRS.
For the third consecutive year, Gasprom stays ahead of the pack. Financial sector still dominates in the total number of participants. The summarized income of all rating participants exceeded USD 1,1 trillion.
Metafrax is one of the largest producers of methanol and formaldehyde in Russia. The majority shareholder of PJSC Metafrax is the Russian company MetaHolding, which is managed by Seyfeddin Rustamov.
Seyfeddin Roustamov is an energy and chemicals industry professional, developer, investor and philanthropist. He resides in the US with his wife and their three children. Since 2000, he has been actively involved in chemical and petrochemical industry trade, oil and gas projects, investments in energy funds and commercial and residential real estate.
The majority shareholder of PJSC Metafrax is the Russian company MetaHolding, which is managed by Seyfeddin Roustamov. By 2017, he had consolidated 94% of the company?s assets.
